[There's a young man staring up at the sky almost longingly. On his back is a small pair of wings that are similar to those belonging to a certain tiny dragon you may have seen around.]

[He noticed the young man gazing up at the sky, moving to stand beside him. His own wings were white, stained with crimson. . .and far too tattered for him to be able to fly with. The wings of a sinner. Regardless, there was a little smile on his lips - but really when wasn't there?]

". . .It is." [There was also a small white dragon perched up on his shoulder, looking at you curiously. He's seen you somewhere before. . .So he's going to offer a little 'kyuu!' in your direction.]

[He blinks, glancing over and frowns a bit in concern at the state of your wings. But as they don't seem to be bothering you too much, so he won't comment.] But then again, it usually is here.

[Memories from when Ryuukage is around are vague, so why the two of you are oddly familiar takes a moment to come back. But then he smiles and answers Hakuryuu too.] Pyapya~ [It's an almost perfect imitation of his other self.]

" . . True enough. I have yet to encounter bad weather since I've been here."

[Hakuryuu seems to get excited at this response, flying from Hakkai's shoulder to perch on yours.] ". . Kyuu~! Kyuukyuu kyuuu~~!"

". . . So you were that little dragon?" [He sounded curious with this statement. This place was certainly interesting.]

Haha, good to see you again~ [He reaches a hand up to pat the dragon now on his shoulder before returning his attention to the human of the pair, nodding at the question.]

Yeah. That little guy's actually my reincarnation. Doesn't remember anything about me, but I kinda remember stuff he's been through.
