[There's a young man staring up at the sky almost longingly. On his back is a small pair of wings that are similar to those belonging to a certain tiny dragon you may have seen around.]

Man, and it's perfect weather, too.

[He hums noncommittally, flapping them again, blowing a small gust of wind. There's a thoughtful frown on his face as he muses, before looking down on the tail end of the wings with its tints of gold.]

Not quite that often, I guess! This is the third time something's happened in the three months I've been here. But I hear it used to be more frequent--about every couple weeks.
